This is the first time we've ever been to this location. It's like stepping into Spain or Italy. Not kidding. We were transported to another place. We put our names onto the waitlist for Bolero Restaurant and then walked around the grounds to check things out. Boy! So glad we did. It's another world! Just going to say we were impressed (won't ruin it for you). The Marketplace was well stocked and impressive. The Cave was jaw-dropping. The outdoor spaces were clean, spacious and nicely decorated. We had brunch at Bolero. The food selection was incredible with seafood, vegetables, paella, risottos, charcuterie, roasted vegetables, chilled seafood, salads, prime rib and the melt in your mouth salmon. There is also a sweet bar with pancakes, fruit, pastries and more. I did not get a chance to try the omelet bar. I was focused on the other stuff. We'll definitely be back. My favorite was the golden beet salad, cocktail shrimp and salmon. The pancakes were to die for. The sangria I sipped on was heavenly. Hubby had the Old Fashioned and two other cocktails. We had fun. This place competes with brunch at Hotel Del Coronado on the food quality and ambiance. Not cheap but definitely got value from our experience.

We love this restaurant, a great date night spot. Located within the winery, the property is beautiful. While you wait for your table, you can take the estate winery tour. The restaurant is popular, so recommend you to make a reservation if you can. The food is amazing, especially the paella, you have to wait over 20 minutes, but definitely worth it. I'm definitely coming back for this delicious meal for a special occasion.

Went for a birthday dinner. My rating is comparing other winery restaurants in the area. Easily one of the best Ive been. The ambiance was Spanish Mediterranean style. They have a great open air section and an AC interior. We sat inside and the acoustics are not good. Very loud and hard to hear each other and the waiter. The place was busy and electric but the noise travels inside. The service was great and I felt the waiter was attentive. We ordered some great dishes and some not so good. All the plates were shared and were brought to the table when they were ready. The mushrooms were the highlight of the evening! Perfectly cooked in a creamy sauce. We wanted more, but had other dishes to try. The Gazpacho was nicely chilled and had layers of flavor, from watermelon and citrus notes. The Papatas Bravas were delicious. Perfectly seasoned crispy w a hot potato center. Paired with the two dipping sauces, this dish was filling and I couldnt stay away from eating them. The Octopus was cooked Spanish style w cherry tomatoes. The Octopus was nicely charred giving it another layer of flavor and added texture! The ceviche was great. The whole shrimps, scallops, and lobster were not over marinated. Plump and flavorful. The only con: was the tortilla chips. Thick on one end and soggy on the end in the citrus juices. We ate the ceviche without the chips. The Lamb meatballs were a dish I would not recommend. Gamey in a curry type sauce. Felt out of place at the restaurant. Just wasnt my thing. At the end. The waiter brought a Bday dessert on the house. Totally unexpected and it was a very nice gesture! I do recommend Bolero if you happen to be out in wine country, give it a try.

For a fancy dinner or something fresh and light this is your go to! For our anniversary my partner and I walked into this establishment and left full and Satiated . Ordering a paella is a must (and a wait) ! I enjoyed the selection of cocktails they had as well as enjoying their wine . The atmosphere gave off something that is reminiscent of Europe and is something I would love to come back to. Anyone looking for a great paella or a great environment to bring someone I would 10000% lead them here .

This spot was a hit for our family! We came on a Wednesday night and was pleasantly surprised to see there was live music, which we really enjoyed! We ordered a ton of food and everything was delicious. We especially liked the octopus, meatballs and steak skewers (sorry I can't remember the exact name of the dishes). Service was prompt and friendly as well. We look forward to coming back here!

Dined here for my anniversary. The space is beautiful decorated with an indoor outdoor elegance. Kayla, our server, was very attentive. We laughed at the amount of food we ordered. Paella presentation was made with Ingredients I've never seen. It was so good, we were scraping the skillet. Potato puff on beef presentation was cute. Beef was cooked perfectly. Scallops were presented on a half shell. We left nothing on the table. We were so full but ate our celebration desert

The Bolero Restaurante is attached to the Europa Winery and is just down the breezeway from the tasting rooms. We came here recently for an events and stayed for a Tasting and Lunch. The dining room is very intimate and has a romantic feel (photos). I would certainly recommend it for any couple looking for some someplace nice to try, or parents looking for some "me time" without the kids. The menu has a Spanish flair to it and all the food items we tasted were very good. We started with a bottle of Europa Village's Vienna Moscato D'Asti we purchased, during our Tasting next door. We had intended to take it home for later. But it was cold and we were thirsty. LOL For Appetizers, the three of us shared their Braised Beef Potato Croquettes ($12.00) and Deeped Fried Cauliflower ($11.00). Our server Leslie understood we were grazing and so, gave us some space to relax. Nice! We continued our Tapas/Small Plates journey by sharing their Crispy Eggplant ($11.00), American Style Sliders ($17.00) with Bacon and Avocado and their Torte Bolero ($12.00). Each were cooked perfectly and hit the spot. For Dessert we shared some Cinnamon Churros ($12.00) and finished our wine. I have included a copy of our bill, which came to $104.00 before taxes and gratuities. We enjoyed our Four and Half Star experience and we'll be back for some more soon.

This is a delicious dining choice if you're staying at Europa Village or just visiting. The breakfast options are extensive, and on weekends there is a brunch that starts at 11am. Guests staying overnight receive a $40 breakfast or brunch credit per room. I loved the "American Tourist" breakfast entree. The crispy potatoes are delicious as are the sausages. However, the bacon is to die for. Thick and crispy and with an amazing maple flavor! Don't forget the mimosa or a flight of their delicious fresh juices. I honestly thought the brunch was just ok. I loved the omelette bar, but the other offerings were just ok and did not change from day to day. I was disappointed they didn't have an option to add on unlimited mimosas since it is a winery. For dinner, they offer a "tapas" style menu. The dishes are a little smaller and meant for sharing. Their "springtini" cocktail was delicious and perfect for the warm weather. The "croquetas" were delicious and perfectly crispy with a flavorful filling. The "pollo" was to die for. Amazing crispy chicken skin outside that was thin and not greasy with amazing juicy chicken underneath. The ratatouille was also delicious and extremely authentic - thin slices of vegetables artfully arranged with a flavorful tomato based sauce. Service was extremely friendly and attentive. Of note, there's no corkage fee if you bring a bottle of Europa Village wine. Definitely plan to enjoy a meal at Bolero!

Food - super good. We had: Tomahawk steak - order it right when seated so they can start cooking it. Takes ~40 min give or take on how you like it prepared. It was soooooo surprisely tender. Very good size portion. Nice light seasoning so you can taste the meat. Potato Bravas side - Pretty good and I always need a starch to go with red meat. Lobster stuffed squid side - super tasty. Everyone liked this choice. You can taste and see the lobster meat. The calamari was also very tender. Spanish ham and melon - I really liked this for the quality of the ham. That being said, I would not order if it is not melon season. Ratatouille - really good and nicely presented. Vegetables tasted super fresh and not overdone. Service - decent Ambiance - very nice. Reservations recommended unless you get there early. The place, inside and out, fills up. I highly recommend this Spanish restaurant and winery.
